Kol Ami has an exciting selection of activities, programs and groups to meet all sorts of interests and help create connections and Jewish life for families, couples and singles. From the youngest to the oldest we offer opportunities to learn, meet, sing and help repair our world.

In addition to all of the regularly scheduled classes and clubs listed here you should always check our flyers to see what new events are being planned. There is also a copy of scheduled activities in the front of the annual Kol Ami phone book.

You can learn Hebrew, have an adult B'nai Mitzvah, take a parenting or grandparenting class, learn to cook an exotic cuisine, listen to a lecture, study Torah, knit, sing, meditate, trace your family tree and so much more. All courses and details are listed in our brochure and our calendar lists courses meeting on specific dates. You can even download our adult ed calendar onto most e-calendar programs so you never miss an event.

Visit our Adult Education page for a full description of classes and our calendar.

Our two biggest clubs are the Sisterhood (Women of Reform Judaism) and Kol Ami Brotherhood (KABRO). Each group's purpose is to make Kol Ami a better place. Sisterhood and KaBro help fund many of our events at Kol Ami through their fundraising activities. In addition, they host many fun activities open to all members of Kol Ami. Whether you have a little bit of time or a lot of time, becoming a member of Sisterhood or KaBro will lead to making new friends and a better Kol Ami. For more information, please visit our Sisterhood or KaBro page.

Kol Ami Reads, our book club, meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 9:15 am in the Chapel. Since our inception in 1997, we have read more then 70 fiction and non-fiction books.

There is no better way to get involved then to join a committe. Click each item below to learn more about the program or visit our committee page to learn what a member of that particular committee does.

Music is an important part of life at Kol Ami. We offer choirs for adults, teens and children. Our choirs perform at various Shabbat services and special events during the year. Our kid's drama club puts on an annual spring performance and our adult drama club creates musicals for Purim and staged readings for Selichot.

Cantor Mo's Explorations in Jewish Music is a must-see and hear event held at our monthly Synaplex Shabbat service

Visit our Music & Jewish Arts page to learn more.

Cook for the homeless, plant a garden, build with Habitat for Humanity, stock a local food pantry, give a ride to someone in need, help ready a home for Shiva. These are just some of the things you can do at Kol Ami to make the world a better place. Visit our Social Action page for more details.
