Kol Ami has three youth groups: Kadima for grades 5 and 6, Junior Youth Group for grades 7 and 8, and Senior Youth Group for grades 9 - 12. Our youth director works with our rabbis and teachers in creating three distinct, age appropriate communities filled with opportunities for social action, holiday joy, travel, learning, Jewish living and great fun.

The youth groups each have programs deeply integrated with both the religious school and the larger Kol Ami community.

Throughout the year there are retreat weekends for each of our three youth groups. There are camp weekends for 5 and 6th graders. The 8th grade travels to a city in the Northeast with our youth director and rabbis. Our 10th-12th graders are invited to travel to Washington, DC in January for a three day seminar on social justice and political action. We join with hundreds of students from congregations around the country for this most amazing weekend at the Religious Action Center of the Reform Movement.
